By listing your property with an agent recommended by PHS, you will receive the following services:

1. Your property will be advertised in the "featured listings" section of PHS with several interior photos displayed on your home flyer.
2. Your property will be advertised in "HomeSeeker's Magazine" every month until sold.
3. Your property will be advertised on the internet at Hasson.com, RMLS.com, Realtor.com, and MS Homeadviser.com.
4. Your property will be placed in the Realtor Multiple Listing Service. This exposes the property to over 6,500 sales agents and many, many more buyers.
5. A Hasson Company sign and flyer box will be placed in your yard.
6. Your home will be exposed to agents who are members of RELO, the largest international relocation network.
7. Your home will be advertised in the Oregonian for an Open House once a month.
When an offer is submitted for your home you will receive the following:
