Write Purchase Offer

Once you find the house of your dreams, the next step is to write a purchase offer. Writing a purchase offer can be confusing, but your level of personal stress should be greatly minimized if you are working with a good agent. The first stage involves determining the actual value of the home you desire to purchase.

The actual value is determined by comparing the features of the home to other similar homes recently sold in the neighborhood. Your real estate agent will go through a list of such homes, explaining which you can use to determine a competitive offering price.

Once you assess the value of a home, you can make an offer. You should have the property inspected and negotiate for any necessary repairs.

Home Ownership

Assuming your offer is accepted and you have secured adequate financing, it is time to transfer the title of the property. Once the deed has been transferred, you will be the proud owner of a new home!
